Managing Partner
David Momanyi Gichana is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He has worked as a Credit Officer in Equity Bank and rose through the ranks to Legal Officer. He thereafter worked for Kenya Women Microfinance Bank as a Legal Officer and rose through the ranks to General Manager Legal and Corporate Affairs.
In these financial institutions he managed loan portfolios of over Kenya Shillings One Billion (Kshs. 1,000,000,000). He has gained wealth of experience spanning 10 years in Corporate Law, Microfinance, Banking and Finance Law, Conveyancing, Employment and Insurance.

As a Credit Officer, he learnt the credit process of lending and recovery. Whilst in Kenya Women Microfinance Bank Limited, he participated in the drafting of the current Microfinance Act, revised 2012, pioneered document management system for the legal department, and drafted the current security agreement.
